Blum Shapiro Consulting provides consulting support to leading healthcare provider and payer organizations. Our team consists of healthcare consulting professionals, the majority of whom came from ‘Big X’ consulting firms and have been working together for many years at TRC, as well as at, previous employers. The skills of our staff and senior management run the gamut from financial, clinical, technical and operational experience. Fully, half of our people have advanced degrees in healthcare that support their operational and consulting experience.

The range of services we offer to healthcare providers is wide, but focuses primarily on healthcare strategy operations, finance and information technology. It also includes revenue cycle and reimbursement, systems selection and implementation, core finance function analysis, and other specialized services.
